1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Tasty Station website (tastystation.shop), mobile application, or any of our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Important: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Tasty Station Restaurant ("we," "us," or "our"). Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Services Overview

Tasty Station Restaurant provides the following services:

Our Services Include:

  • Dine-In Service: Restaurant dining experience at our premises
  • Takeaway: Order pickup from our restaurant
  • Home Delivery: Food delivery to your specified address
  • Online Ordering: Order placement through website/app
  • Table Reservations: Booking tables for dine-in service
  • Catering Services: Bulk orders for events and parties
  • Gift Cards: Purchase and redemption of gift cards
  • Loyalty Program: Rewards program for regular customers

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these terms and conditions
  • We suspect fraudulent activity
  • Required by law or legal process
  • For any other reason at our sole discretion

4. Online Ordering

Order Confirmation Process:

All online orders are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Order receipt does not guarantee acceptance
  2. We may contact you to confirm order details
  3. Orders may be rejected due to product unavailability
  4. Payment must be verified before order processing

4.1 Order Acceptance

An order is considered accepted only when:

  • Payment is successfully processed
  • Order confirmation is sent to your email/phone
  • Order is assigned to kitchen for preparation

4.2 Order Modification & Cancellation

5. Table Reservations

5.1 Reservation Policy

Table reservations are subject to the following terms:

  • Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the booking time
  • Large groups (8+ people) require 24-hour advance notice
  • Special requests are not guaranteed but will be accommodated when possible
  • We may contact you to confirm your reservation

5.2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Charges:

  • More than 2 hours before: No charge
  • 1-2 hours before: ₹200 cancellation fee
  • Less than 1 hour before: ₹500 cancellation fee
  • No show: ₹1000 penalty

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • Digital Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (for select orders)
  • Restaurant Gift Cards

6.2 Pricing & Taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include:

  • Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable
  • Service charges for dine-in (10% of bill value)
  • Delivery charges (as specified during checkout)
  • Packaging charges for takeaway/delivery

Note: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Menu prices in the restaurant may differ from online prices.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

7.1 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before kitchen preparation begins
  • If delivery is delayed beyond 90 minutes
  • If incorrect items were ordered due to website/app error
  • In case of force majeure events

7.2 Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed as follows:

8. Delivery Services

8.1 Delivery Areas & Times

We deliver within the following parameters:

  • Within 5km radius of our restaurant
  • Minimum order value: ₹300 for delivery
  • Estimated delivery time: 30-45 minutes
  • Delivery hours: 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM daily

8.2 Delivery Charges

Delivery Fee Structure:

  • 0-2 km: Free delivery (above ₹500 order)
  • 2-5 km: ₹30 delivery charge
  • Above 5 km: Not available for delivery
  • Express Delivery: ₹50 extra (within 25 minutes)

8.3 Delivery Partner Responsibility

For orders placed through third-party delivery partners (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.), their terms and conditions apply for delivery-related issues. We are only responsible for food preparation and packaging.

9. Food Safety & Quality

9.1 Quality Assurance

We are committed to:

  • Using fresh, high-quality ingredients
  • Maintaining strict hygiene standards
  • Following FSSAI guidelines and regulations
  • Regular quality checks and audits

9.2 Allergen Information

Important: While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our food is completely free from allergens. Customers with severe allergies should inform us before ordering.

9.3 Food Handling Instructions

For delivered/takeaway orders:

  • Consume within 2 hours of receiving
  • Refrigerate if not consuming immediately
  • Reheat thoroughly before consumption
  • Discard if food appears/smells spoiled

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Ownership Rights

All intellectual property rights in our website, mobile app, menu, recipes, and branding are owned by Tasty Station Restaurant. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content
  • Use our trademarks without permission
  • Reverse engineer our systems or processes
  • Create derivative works based on our content

10.2 User Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content:

  • You grant us a perpetual license to use the content
  • You confirm you have rights to the content
  • Content may be used for marketing purposes
  • We may modify or remove content at our discretion

11. User Conduct

Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to:

  • Place fraudulent orders
  • Harass restaurant staff or other customers
  • Use abusive or offensive language
  • Attempt to bypass security measures
  • Use our services for illegal purposes
  • Share false or misleading information

12. Liability Limitations

12.1 General Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tasty Station shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Damages caused by third-party services
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Labor strikes
  • Pandemics or health emergencies
  • Utility failures
  • Supplier issues

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
